In accordance with our policies, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt of shipment and a maximum of 14 days to ship the returned goods. Please note that the cost of returning the shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Upon positive evaluation of the return request, we will refund the cost of the product and the shipping. If the product shows signs of use, the return request may be denied, or only a partial refund may be offered. Personalized products, made according to individual customer specifications (e.g., with their own logo), are not eligible for return.
